47. Federal Law on the granting of a special purpose grant to the Land of Burgenland on the occasion of the 90-year membership of Austria

The National Council has decided:

§ 1. On the occasion of the 90-year membership of the Republic of Austria in 2011, the country of Burgenland is granted a one-off grant of four million euros from federal funds, which is to be used as follows:

1.

Measures to safeguard the future in the fields of employment, the economy, the social system and youth;

2.

Cultural and educational projects to strengthen the identity and diversity of Burgenland, such as festivities, which are carried out in connection with the commemoration of Franz Liszt.

This grant is intended to strengthen the country's resources for the purposes set out in Z 1 to 2.

§ 2. The Federal Government reserves the right to review the dedicated use of its purpose grant and to reclaim it in the event of a dedicating use.

§ 3. The Federal Minister of Finance is responsible for the enforcement of this federal law.
