47. Federal Law on the granting of a special purpose grant to the Land of Burgenland on the occasion of the 90-year membership of Austria
The National Council has decided:
§ 1. On the occasion of the 90-year membership of the Republic of Austria in 2011, the country of Burgenland is granted a one-off grant of four million euros from federal funds, which is to be used as follows:

Measures to safeguard the future in the fields of employment, the economy, the social system and youth; |

Cultural and educational projects to strengthen the identity and diversity of Burgenland, such as festivities, which are carried out in connection with the commemoration of Franz Liszt. |

This grant is intended to strengthen the country's resources for the purposes set out in Z 1 to 2. |
§ 2. The Federal Government reserves the right to review the dedicated use of its purpose grant and to reclaim it in the event of a dedicating use.
§ 3. The Federal Minister of Finance is responsible for the enforcement of this federal law.
