241. Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection at the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which sets the apprentice compensation for photographer

The Federal Office of the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection is the Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection in accordance with Section 26 (1) of the German Labour Constitution Act, BGB No. 22/1974, in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010 authorises the apportionment of apprentice compensation at the request of a collective contractual body if a collective agreement is not effective for the sector concerned.

The Federal Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection has set the following apprentice compensation with a decision of 25 July 2011 following the implementation of a senate hearing:

Apprentice compensation for photographer/inn/en

Scope of money

§ 1.

a)

Specialist: The photography industry.

b)

Spatial: the territory of the Republic of Austria, except the province of Austria.

c)

Personal: All teachers within the meaning of the Vocational Training Act, in which apprentices are professionally trained and used within the scope of this training as a result of a teaching contract for the learning of commercial teaching occupations, as well as those of these Apprentices employed apprentices.

Extent of apprentice compensation

§ 2. The apprentice compensation is:

a)

1. Teaching year: 348,43 € monthly

b)

in 2. Teaching year: 479,38 € monthly

c)

in the 3. Teaching year: 629,78 € monthly

d)

in the 7th Teaching half-year: 804.01 € per month.

Holiday grant

§ 3. Each apprentice receives a holiday allowance in addition to his holiday fee in the amount of a monthly apprentice compensation. The holiday grant must be paid at the start of the holiday, no later than 30 June. If the apprentice has received the holiday grant within a year of teaching by the apprentice according to § 15 (4) (4) lit. f and g Vocational Training Act (BAG), the resettlement of the holiday grant with so many twelfths is permissible, as months on the full year of the apprenticeship are missing. This also applies to justified premature dissolution of the teaching relationship by the lecturer in accordance with § 15 para. 3 lit. a to e BAG. If the teaching relationship is solved prior to the consumption of the holiday, the apprentice will receive the aliquot part of the holiday grant. In this case, the holiday grant shall be omitted entirely in the event of premature termination of the teaching relationship in accordance with § 15 para. 3 lit. e BAG.

Christmas Remuneration

§ 4. Each apprentice receives a Christmas Remuneration once in the calendar year in the amount of a monthly apprentice allowance. Apprentices who are not in operation for a full year on 31 December receive the aliquot part. In order to calculate the Christmas Remuneration, the weekly apprentice compensation will be used at the time of the due date. The Christmas Remuneration is to be paid on 15 November. If the teaching ratio is solved, the apprentice will receive the aliquot part of the Christmas Remuneration.

Onset of effectiveness

§ 5. The apportion of the apprentice compensation shall enter into force on 1 August 2011.
