The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection is in accordance with § 26 para 1 Labor Constitutional Act, BGBl. No. 22 / 1974, as amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 111/2010 authorised to assess the apprentice compensation at the request of a collective agreement-enabled corporate, if no collective agreement is in effect for the sector concerned.

The Federal Agreement official at the Federal Ministry of labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection has set following apprentice compensation by order of July 25, 2011 to hold a Senate hearing:


Apprentice compensation for photographer migrants

Scope of section 1.

(a) Professional: The photographer commercial.

(b) space: The territory of the Republic of Austria excluding the State of Austria.

(c) personally: All authorised within the meaning of the vocational training Act, where apprentices on the basis of a Lehrvertrages are professionally trained and used during this training to learn commercial apprenticeships and apprentices employed by these authorised.

Extent of apprentice compensation

§ 2. The apprentice compensation is: a) in the 1st year of training: €348,43 per month b) 2.  Apprenticeship: €479,38 monthly c) in the 3rd year of training: €629,78 per month d) in the 7 teaching half-year: €804,01 per month.

Vacation allowance

§ 3. Each apprentice receives a holiday grant in the amount of monthly compensation of apprentice, once in the year in addition to his holiday pay. The holiday allowance is at the start of the holiday, at the latest on 30 June to pay. § 4. Each apprentice receives a Weihnachtsremuneration in the amount of monthly apprentice compensation once in a calendar year. Apprentices who are still not a full year in operation on 31 December, will receive the aliquot portion. Weekly apprentice compensation standing in the time of maturity is used to calculate the Weihnachtsremuneration. The Weihnachtsremuneration is to pay on November 15. Resolves the apprenticeship, the apprentice receives the aliquot part of Weihnachtsremuneration.

§ 5. The fixing of the apprentice compensation into force on August 1, 2011.
