242. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Justice on the reestablishment of court fees

According to § 31a of the German Court of Law Law (GGG), BGBl. No. 501/1984, as last amended by the Budgetbegleitgesetz 2011, BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is due to the conclusion of the Federal Statistical Office of Statistics Austria of 16 May 2011 on the final value of the consumer price index 2000 for the month March 2011:

Article II

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 2011. It shall apply to all documents and official acts in respect of which the right to the fee is based on the basis of the provisions of 31 July 2011.
