270. Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FMA) amending the prospectus content regulation

On the basis of Section 6 (1) of the Federal Law on Capital Investment Funds (Investment Fund Act-InvFG 1993), BGBl. I n ° 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 77/2011, shall be arranged:

The Regulation of the Financial Market Supervisory Authority on information which must be included in the simplified prospectus (prospectus regulation), BGBl. II No 237/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 2 Z 3, the word order shall be "§ 20b InvFG 1993" through the phrase "§ 75 InvFG 2011" replaced.

2. Annex I Z 5 will be the word order in the heading "other capital investment funds" by the term "Target Fund" replaced.

3. Annex I Z 5 will be the phrase "(sh § 20 Abs 3 Z 8f InvFG)" through the phrase "(Section 77 (4) of the InvFG 2011)" replaced.

4. Annex I Z 5 is referred to in the last paragraph 3. Point 2. Subpoint of the term "Capital Investment Fund" by the term "Target Fund" replaced.

(5) The following paragraph 3 is added to § 10:

" (3) § 2 Z 3 and Annex I Z 5 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 270/2011 shall enter into force at the end of the day in which they are held. "
