303. Regulation of the Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection regarding the statistics on young people on the labour market

On the basis of §§ 4-10 and 30 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000, Federal Law Gazette I no. 163/1999, I will be amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette No. 40/2014, in agreement with the Chancellor and in agreement with the Federal Minister of finance prescribed in addition with regard to article 6:

Compilation of statistics about young people on the labour market

§ 1. The Federal Agency has to fulfil the obligations of in Austria due to 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 577/98 on the implementation of a sampling of the labour force in the community, OJ Statistics Austria (Federal Agency) No. L 77 of the 14.03.1998 S. 3, as amended by the Regulation (EU) No. 545/2014, OJ No. L 163 of the 29.05.2014 p. 10, 2 of the Regulation (EU) No. 318/2013 to adopting the programme of ad hoc modules, covering the years 2016 to 2018 for the sampling of the labour force in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 577/98 of the Council, OJ No. L 99 of the 09.04.2013 p. 11, as amended by the delegated Regulation (EU) No. 1397/2014, OJ No. L 370 of the 30.12.2014 p. 42, as well as 3 of the implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/459 laying down the technical characteristics of the ad-hoc module 2016 about young people on the labour market in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 577/98 of the Council, OJ No. L 76 of the 20.03.2015 p. 6, conduct statistical surveys in the year 2016 under this regulation and to compile statistics about young people on the labour market for the calendar year on the basis of the data collected in 2016 and to publish.

Survey characteristics, statistical units

§ 2. There are following characteristics of 15 to 34 members of private households in accordance with § 6 and § 7 para 2 to 5 of working and housing statistics regulation 2010 - EWStV 2010, Federal Law Gazette II No. 111/2010, sample households were selected, as to raise: 1 work experience during the training, 2. Berufspraktisches learning, 3 additional formal education, 4. reason for cancellation of the additional education, 5th date of the completion of additional training , 6 reason not to continue the training, 7 support in finding work, 8 method in finding the current activity, 9 adequacy of employment based on the level of education, 10 standby to move for a job, 11 willingness to commute to a job 12 internships after end of the training, 13 education of parents.

Kind of survey, continuity, periodicity

§ 3. The collection of data pursuant to article 2 is together with the statistical survey referred to in the employment and housing statistics regulation 2010 in 2016 in any calendar quarter in the form of supplementary questions. articles 6 and 7 of the employment and housing statistics regulation 2010 are to apply by analogy.

4. (1) all are obliged to exchange the information about the data collection characteristics according to § 2 under 35 years adult family members of for private households which are included in the sample. Underage persons providing information is whether the legal representatives belonging to the household. The information is to provide fully and to the best of our knowledge.

(3) the Federal Agency has the respondents about the consequences in accordance with section 66 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000 in the case of refusal of information or knowingly incomplete or not the best knowledge to instruct relevant information.

Publication

§ 5. The Federal Agency has until 31 December 2017 in printable form and free of charge on the Internet in compliance with section 19 para 2 of the Federal Statistics Act 2000 to publish the main findings of the statistics on young people in the labour market.

Reimbursement of costs

§ 6. The Federal Minister for labour, Social Affairs and consumer protection has the Federal agency with the collection of the characteristics referred to in § 2 Nos. 12 and 13 associated overhead with to pay a flat-rate reimbursement of costs of 22 622 euros at the latest after publication of the main findings.

Entry into force

§ 8. This Regulation shall enter into force 1 January 2016.
