317. Ordinance of the Federal Minister for the Interior, with which the regulation of the Federal Minister for the Interior, with which the Magdeburg-Kaserne is explained to the care centre, is amended
On the basis of Section 11 (2) of the Basic Supply Act-Federal Government 2005 (GVG-B 2005), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No. 405/1991, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 70/2015, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for National Defence and Sport:
The regulation of the Federal Minister of the Interior, with which the Magdeburg-Kaserne is explained to the care centre, BGBl. II No 162/2015, shall be amended as follows:
1. In § 2, the word order shall be "after the end of four months after its entry into force" through the phrase "with expiry of 31 December 2015" replaced.
