318. Regulation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft concerning the adjustment of the salary and allowances for the service provided pursuant to Section 17 (1a) of the Postal Structure Act (PTSG) of Österreichische Postbus Aktiengesellschaft for the provision of services allocated officials (2. Postbus Ordinance 2015)

In accordance with § 17a Abs 3 Z 2 PTSG, the following is prescribed:

§ 1. As from 1 September 2015, the reference and allowance rates expressed in cash amounts and the transfer rates of the officials assigned to the service in accordance with Section 17 (1a) of the PTSG shall be considered as of 1 September 2015, as follows the following:

The approaches concerning salary, extraordinary advance and seniority of seniority (§ § 103 (2) (2) (2) and 104 (2) (2) of the salary law in 1956) are increased by 1.9%, but at least EUR 55,-.

2.

The approaches concerning service allowance (Section 105 (1) Z 2 of the salary law 1956) are increased by 1.9%.

3.

The Postbus approach of the particular reference amount (formerly Postbus V/2 approach) is increased by 1.9%.

§ 2. This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 2015. With the entry into force of this Regulation, the BGBl Regulation will take effect. II No 318/2014, with expiry of 31 August 2015.
