The reference data and the titles of European standards set out below have been provided by the Commission communication in the context of the implementation of Directive 2001 /95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 December 2001 on the general principles of the European Union and the European Union. Product safety published in the Official Journal of the European Union (2015/C 335/01 of 9 October 2015).

With regard to the ÖNORM EN 1273, the Federal Minister for Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which an ÖNORM for children's running aids is declared binding (Children's Aid Ordinance 2007), BGBl, is subject to the regulation of the Federal Minister for Social Affairs and Consumer Protection. II No 285/2008.
With regard to the ÖNORM EN ISO 4210 part 1 to 9 as well as ÖNORM EN 14344 and ÖNORM EN 14872, the German Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology will be responsible for the regulation on bicycles, bicycle trailers and related equipment. (bicycle regulation), BGBl. II No 146/2001, as amended by BGBl. II No 297/2013.
The cited ÖNORM EN ISO 9994: 2008 05 01 already contains the Amendment 1:2008, which differs from the Commission's communication 2015 /C 335/01.
With regard to ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60065 and ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60950-1, Commission Implementing Decision 2012/29/EU of 13 January 2012, OJ L 136, 31.5.2012, p. L 13 of 17 January 2012: the conformity of ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60065 and ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60950-1 with the general safety requirements of Directive 2001 /95/EC refers to the protection against excessive volume of portable Playback devices according to EN 60065:2002/A12:2011 and EN 60950-1:2006/A12:2011.
Hundstorfer
