161. Amendment to Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade
On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG) BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:
At its fourth meeting of 27 June 2007, to 31. On 11 October 2008, the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides in international trade (BGBl. III No 67/2005 idF BGBl. -No 106/2009, as last amended by BGBl. III No 156/2015), decided to include tributyltin compounds in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention.
Accordingly, the following chemicals are inserted in the three columns after the entry for "Toxaphen":

The present amendment in Annex III is in accordance with Article 22 (5) (lit). (c) of the Convention and in the light of Decision RC-4/5 of 31 December 1999. It entered into force on 1 February 2009 for all Contracting Parties.
