167. Amendments to Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG) BGBl. I n ° 100/2003 idgF, shall be made known:

At its fifth meeting of 20 By 24 June 2011, the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for certain hazardous chemicals and pesticides in international trade (BGBl. III No 67/2005 idF BGBl. -No 106/2009, as last amended by BGBl. III. No 161/2015), adopted the following amendments in Annex III to the Rotterdam Convention:

In accordance with Decision RC-5/3, the following chemical is included in Annex III to the Convention:
