The regulation of the Federal Minister for Education and Cultural Affairs on the curricula for higher technical and commercial teaching institutions, BGBl. II No 302/1997, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 130/2009, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Art. 1 § 1, the Z 1, 4 and 11 are deleted.
(2) In § 5, the following paragraph 4 is added:
" (4) § 1, Z 1, 4 and 11, as well as Appendixes 1.1.1, 1.1.4 and 1.3.1, expire on 31 August 2011 with respect to the first year of the year and, with respect to the other vintages, expire at the end of the 31 August of the following years in each case. With regard to the higher technical colleges in which, in the school year 2010/2011, in the first year of the year, there has already been no longer training in accordance with the abovementioned annexes, the above provisions and annexes are to be found in respect of the I. and II.
