319. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, with which the Labour Market Regulation is amended

On the basis of Section 24 (1) of the Labour Market Service Act, BGBl. No. 313/1994, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

The Labour Market Control Ordinance, BGBl. No 928/1994, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II n ° 204/2008, shall be amended as follows:

1. In § 3 Z 3 lit. b removes the word sequence "with the exception of the county of Pottenstein" .

2. In § 3 Z 3 the lit. c and the previous lit. d to w get the letter label "c)" to "v)" .

3. § 3 Z 6 lit. f is:

" f)			Labour Market Service Graz-Ost for the Grazer Stadtbezirke 1 (inner city), 2 (St. Leonhard), 3 (Geidorf), 6 (Jakomini), 7 (Liebenau), 8 (St. Peter), 9 (Waltendorf), 10 (Ries), 11 (Mariatrost), 12 (Andritz) "

4. According to § 3 Z 6 lit. f is the following new lit. g inserted:

" (g)			Labour market service Graz-West and surroundings for the Grazer districts 4 (Lend), 5 (Gries), 13 (Gösting), 14 (Eggenberg), 15 (Wetzelsdorf), 16 (street), 17 (Puntigam) and the political district Graz-surroundings "

5. The previous § 3 Z 6 lit. g to r receives the letter name "h)" to "s)" .

6. § 3 Z 6 lit. j and k is from 1 January 2012:

" j)			Labour Market Service Judenburg in Judenburg for the political district Judenburg with the exception of the court district of Knittelfeld
k)			Labour Market Service Knittelfeld in Knittelfeld for the court district of Knittelfeld "

7. In accordance with § 11, the following § 12 is added:

" § 12. (1) § 3 Z 6 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No 319/2011 shall enter into force with regard to the new content of the lit. f and g as well as with regard to the new name from the lit. h with 11. October 2011, in force.

(2) § 3 Z 6, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 319/2011 shall enter into force with regard to the new content of the lit. j and k with 1. Jänner 2012 in force.

(3) § 3 Z 3, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 319/2011 enters into force with 1 June 2012. "
