336. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Science and Research on the Doctoral Studies of the Technical Sciences for graduates of Master's degree programs of applied sciences
On the basis of § 5 (3) and (3a) of the Federal Law on Universities of Applied Sciences (FHStG), BGBl. No 340/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 74/2011 and the Federal Constitutional Law BGBl. I n ° 2/2008, shall be ordered:
Admission to doctoral studies
§ 1. Graduates of the following master's degree programs have the right to admission to the doctoral studies of the technical sciences:
