351. Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture of the Federal Republic of Germany on the aptitude tests, final exams and certificates of competency in schools for the training of teachers and sports teachers

On the basis of § § 4 and 7 of the Federal Act on Schools for the Training of Leibeseducators and Sports Teachers, BGBl. No. 140/1974, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 91/2005, as well as § § 7, 8, 39 and 40 of the School Education Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 73/2011, shall be arranged:

Section 1

Scope

§ 1. This Regulation shall apply to schools for the training of teachers and sports teachers, to be carried out in schools, public and public, to carry out aptitude tests, final examinations and certificates of competency.

Section 2

Aptitude Check

Scope

§ 2. (1) The aptitude test shall consist of:

1.		a written and an oral examination in the examination subject German as well as
2.		a practical test.

(2) Prior to the completion of the aptitude test, the physical fitness of the candidates shall be determined. Proof of physical fitness must be carried out according to sports medical criteria by submitting an appropriate medical certificate, which may not be older than six months. If there are concerns with regard to physical fitness during training, then a medical certificate may be required again.

(3) The examinations referred to in paragraph 1 (1) and (2) shall not apply to candidates in the course of training for the training of coaches, provided that they have the training course for the training of sports teachers and for the training of teachers and teachers for movement and sport have successfully completed with the relevant special subject. The examination referred to in paragraph 1 (2) shall not apply to candidates in the course of training for the training of coaches, provided that they provide the training for instructors of the same type of sport or the course of the training of trainers. Examination Areas

Performance of the examination

§ 4. (1) The head of the school or the head of the school shall take the necessary steps to ensure the proper conduct of the exams.

(3) Predeceived services (e.g. for use of unauthorized aids or aids) shall not be assessed; in this case the examination of the examination may be filed again with a new task at the next examination date following the examination.

Conduct of oral and practical examination

§ 5. (1) The oral examination and the practical examination may take place on the day of the examination of the examination, or on the day following the examination of the examination. (7) There is no safe assessment basis from the solution of the task, so another task is to be set up.

(8) There is no longer any time to use for oral and practical examination than is necessary to obtain a safe assessment.

Assessment

§ 6. (1) The performance of the examination candidate and the candidate in the aptitude test must be assessed by the examiner or the examiner in each examination area (individual assessments). The assessment of the performance is based on the knowledge of the examination area and its independence in thinking, which is proven by the examination candidates in the solution of the task. In addition, the provisions of Section 11 (2), (5) and (7), § 15 (1) and (3) and § 16 (1) (1) (1) and (2) of the Performance Evaluation Ordinance (BGBl) are applicable. No 371/1974, as amended, shall apply mutatily. However, a positive assessment may only be carried out, provided that all the minimum requirements laid down in the relevant installation are met.

(2) On the basis of the results of the examination referred to in paragraph 1, taking into account the previous school achievements in a conference pursuant to § 8 (2) of the German School Education Act (Schulunterrichtsgesetz), it is to be determined in the current version whether the examination candidate and the Exam candidate passed the exam "passed" or "failed" due to lack of aptitude (overall assessment).

Prevention and resignation

§ 7. (1) If an examination candidate is prevented from taking the examination of the examination or an oral or practical examination, the examination in question may, if possible, be carried out in the same examination date. otherwise, the next examination date following the removal of the prevention ground will be obtained.

(3) Paragraph 1 and 2 shall apply in accordance with the cases in which the candidate for examination or the candidate from the examination is resigned from a written, oral or practical part-examination. Certificate

§ 8. (1) If a candidate cannot be admitted to the school because of lack of space, a certificate shall be issued on her or his request for the individual assessments and on the overall assessment.

Final examination and aptitude test

Scope

§ 9. (1) The final examination and the aptitude test shall consist of a examination of the examination and an oral examination or oral examination and a practical examination in accordance with the Annexes A.1 to D ,

§ 10. Examination candidates must be exempted from the filing of the final examination or aptitude test in individual examination areas upon request, if:

1.		in the context of the examination area concerned,
a)			the final examination of another course of training for the training of sports teachers or,
b)			at least equivalent State or State-recognised training; or
c)			a maturity examination, a maturity and diploma examination, a diploma examination, a maturity and qualification examination or a qualification examination in another type of school (form, specials)

2.		the head of the school or the head of the school determines the equivalence of the examination.

Examination Areas

§ 11. The examination area of the final examination and the qualification examination comprises the entire subject of the relevant subject-matter in accordance with the Regulation, which includes curricula for schools for the training of teachers and sports teachers , in the case of Section 10 (2), however, only the teaching material of the last semester.

Retry

§ 13. The repetition of partial exams of the qualification test shall be carried out within three years, calculated from the date of the first occurrence, in accordance with the examination rules in force at that date. Certificate

Final provisions

§ 15. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force 1. October 2011, in force.
