351. Federal Minister for Education, the Arts and Culture of the Federal Republic of Germany on the aptitude tests, final exams and certificates of competency in schools for the training of teachers and sports teachers

On the basis of § § 4 and 7 of the Federal Act on Schools for the Training of Leibeseducators and Sports Teachers, BGBl. No. 140/1974, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 91/2005, as well as § § 7, 8, 39 and 40 of the School Education Act, Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). No 472/1986, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 73/2011, shall be arranged:

Section 1

Scope

§ 1. This Regulation shall apply to schools for the training of teachers and sports teachers, to be carried out in schools, public and public, to carry out aptitude tests, final examinations and certificates of competency.

Aptitude Check

Scope

§ 2. (1) The aptitude test shall consist of:

a written and an oral examination in the examination subject German as well as

(2) Prior to the completion of the aptitude test, the physical fitness of the candidates shall be determined. Examination Areas

Assessment

§ 6. (1) The performance of the examination candidate and the candidate in the aptitude test must be assessed by the examiner or the examiner in each examination area (individual assessments). § 7. Final examination and aptitude test

Scope

Examination Areas

§ 11. Retry

§ 13. The repetition of partial exams of the qualification test shall be carried out within three years, calculated from the date of the first occurrence, in accordance with the examination rules in force at that date. Final provisions
