95. Revocation by the Federal Chancellor of the annulment of paragraphs 1 and 1a of Section 26 of the Law of the Court of Fees by the Constitutional Court

According to Art. 140 (5) and (6) B-VG and in accordance with § 64 (2) and § 65 of the Constitutional Court Act 1953, BGBl. No. 85, is made known:

The Constitutional Court, with the recognition of 21 September 2011, G 34, 35 /11-10, was sent to the Federal Chancellor on 27 September 2011. October 2011, rightly recognized:

" I.

Paragraphs 1 and 1a of Section 26 of the Federal Act of 27 November 1984 on judicial and judicial administrative charges (court fee law-GGG), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl). 501 idF BGBl. I n ° 131/2001, are being repealed as unconstitutional.

II.

The repeal shall enter into force upon expiry of 31 December 2012.

III.

Previous legal provisions do not enter into force again. "
