407. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the Accreditation of the Welding Technical Institute for the Certification of Products

On the basis of § 17, Section 1 of the Accreditation Act-AkkG, BGBl. N ° 468/1992, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 85/2002, shall be assigned:

§ 1. The Welding Technical Centre, which is located in 1030 Vienna, Franz-Grill-Straße 1, is certified as a product (according to ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 45011). 1 ), accredited.

§ 2. The certification authority includes certification according to EN ISO 3834 Part 2 2 , 3 3 and 4 4 .

§ 3. The certification authority applies to those areas in which the Federal Government is responsible for legislation and enforcement, provided that the federal laws governing these areas do not comply with the provisions of the Accreditation Act relating to the accreditation of such bodies.
