Pursuant to Sections 5 (10), 16 (1) and (2), 18 (4), 18 (4), 19 (3), 24 (10), 37 (3), 39 (2) and 66 (5) of the Maritime Law, BGBl. I n ° 62/1997 idF BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, the regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning a waterways traffic regulations (WVO), BGBl. II No. 289/2011, and the Regulation of the Federal Minister of Science and Transport on the Tragung of the Costs of the Maritime Traffic Control, BGBl. II No 312/1997, as amended by the BGBl version. I n ° 111/2010 and BGBl. II No 22/2011, as amended:
Article 1
Change of the waterways traffic regulations (WVO)
1. § 14.01 Z 5 is given the designation Z 4.
2. The previous Z 6 of § 14.01 becomes Z 5 and reads:
