On the basis of section 18 (2) and § 186 (2) of the Federal Law of Procurement 2006-BVergG 2006, BGBl. I n ° 17, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 455/2010, shall be made known:
The threshold values in § 12 (1) and (2), § 53 (4), § 180 (1) and (2) and § 214 (2) of the Federal Law for the Law of 2006 are as follows:
§ 12 (1) (1) and (2) (2) (1) 130 000 €
§ 12 (1) (2) and (2) (2): 200 000 €
Section 12 (1) Z 3: 5 000 000 €
Section 53 (4) Z 3: 5 000 000 €
Section 180 (1) (1) and (2): 400 000 €
Section 180 (1) (2): 5 000 000 €
Section 214 (2) Z 3: 5 000 000 €
These thresholds are laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1251/2011 amending Directives 2004 /17/EC, 2004 /18/EC and 2009 /81/EC as regards the thresholds for procurement procedures, OJ L 327, 28.12.2009, p. No. OJ L 319, 02.12.2011 p. 43, from 1. Jänner 2012.
