424. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Agriculture, Forestry, the Environment and Water Management on the fixing of the unit quantities for flax and hemp fibres for the 2011/2012 marketing year

Pursuant to Section 28 (2) of the Law on the Market Order 2007 (MOG 2007), Federal Law Gazette (2007), BGBl. I n ° 55, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 23/2010, shall be ordered:

§ 1. For the 2011/2012 marketing year, the unit quantity for each fibre category shall be defined in accordance with Article 8 (3) of Regulation (EC) No 507/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1673/2000 on the common organisation of the market in Flax and hemp grown for fibre, OJ C 327, 28. OJ L 149, 7.6.2008, S 38, as follows:
