The law on force driving-Implementing Regulation 1967, BGBl. No 399, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 458/2010, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 8b (3) reads:
" (3) The confirmation of the manufacturer or his authorised representative in the authorisation state in accordance with paragraph 2 shall be valid for two years from the date of the exhibition. (2) The additional training for the teaching of risk competence may only be carried out in approved driving instructor training centres (§ 64c). Persons who have special knowledge of risk-pedagogic methods for accident prevention must be available for the specialist lecture on the teaching of risk competence. These persons shall be notified to the Governor of the State. Also in connection with the use of risk-pedagogical methods in the context of driving training, the completion of the additional training does not qualify as a specialist in the course of their implementation. "
24. In accordance with § 69 (29), the following paragraph 30 is added:
" (30) In view of the changes made by the BGBl Regulation. II No 432/2011 shall apply the following transitional arrangements:
