437. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Health on the 40. Night rag to the pharmacopoeia

On the basis of § 2 of the Pharmacopoa Act, BGBl. No. 195/1980, as last amended by the Federal Act BGBl. I n ° 33/2002 and the Federal Ministries of the Federal Ministries of Law 2009, BGBl. I No 3, shall be assigned:

§ 1. The German-language version of the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition of Grundwerk 2011, Official Austrian edition,-with the exception of chapter 5.2.8 "Minimization of the risk of transmission of spongiform encephalopathy of animal origin" Originating from medicinal products for human and veterinary use "-shall be put into effect.

§ 2. The monographs and texts of the European Pharmacopoeia, the sixth edition of 2008, and the monographs and texts of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia, each by the provisions of the European Pharmacopoeia, seventh edition of Grundwerk 2011, pursuant to § 1 shall be replaced by force.

§ 3. The Regulation on the 39. Night rag to the pharmacopoeia, BGBl. II No 285/2011, remains unaffected.

§ 4. The seventh edition of Grundwerk 2011 will be published by Verlag Österreich GmbH.

Stöger
