437th Ordinance of the Federal Minister for health about the 40. addendum to the pharmacopoeia

On the basis of § 2 of the pharmacopoeia Act, Federal Law Gazette No. 195/1980, as last amended by the Federal Act Federal Law Gazette I no. 33/2002 and the Federal Ministry of law amendment of 2009, Federal Law Gazette I no. 3, is prescribed:

§ 1. The German-language version of the European Pharmacopoeia seventh edition groundwork 2011, official Austrian output, used "Minimizing the risk of transmission of spongiform encephalopathy of animal origin via human and veterinary medicinal products" - in effect with the exception of Chapter 5.2.8.

§ 2. The monographs and texts of the European Pharmacopoeia, 2008, Sixth Edition monographs and texts of the Austrian Pharmacopoeia, each will be replaced by rules of the European Pharmacopoeia seventh edition groundwork 2011, in accordance with section 1, be overridden.

§ 3. The regulation on the 39. addendum to the Pharmacopoeia, Federal Law Gazette II No. 285/2011, remains unaffected.

§ 4. The seventh edition of basic works 2011 is published by Verlag Österreich GmbH.
