443. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Transport, Innovation and Technology, amending the Inland Waterway Statistics Regulation in 2005

Due to § § § 4 to 6 as well as 8 and 9 as well as of the Annex I Z 13 Federal Statistics Act 2000, BGBl. I No 163/1999, as last amended by Art. 11 of the Budget Accompanying Act 2011, BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

The Inland Waterway Statistics Ordinance 2005, BGBl. II No 129/2005, shall be amended as follows:

1. § 1 reads:

" § 1. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1365/2006 on the statistics relating to the carriage of goods by inland waterways and repealing Directive 80 /1119/EEC, OJ L 327, 30.12.2006, p. No. 1, as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 1304/2007, OJ L 327, 30.12.2007, p. No. 14, hereinafter 'Regulation (EC) No 1365/2006', surveys on inland waterway transport on the Danube waterway (Article 15 of the Maritime Law, BGBl). I n ° 62/1997) and that statistics should be drawn up. "

2. In § 9 (5) the expression " BGBl. No 265/1993 in the BGBl version. II No 216/1998 " by the expression " BGBl. II No 248/2005 in the BGBl version. II No 42/2011 " replaced.

3. In § 10, the term " "Directive 80 /1119/EEC" by "Regulation (EC) No 1365/2006" replaced.

4. The expression in Appendix 1 shall not apply: "-Country of origin and destination" .
