126. Federal Law, with which the ORF law is amended

The National Council has decided:

Amendment of the ORF Act

The Federal Act on Austrian Broadcasting (ORF-Law, ORF-G), BGBl. No 379/1984, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 50/2010 is amended as follows:

(1) In § 31 (10), at the end of the first sentence, the item is replaced by a dash and the following phrase is inserted:

"In any case, however, if the radio subscriber (§ 2 para. 1 RGG) is supplied with the programs of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation in accordance with § 3 paragraph 1 terrestrial (analog or DVB-T) at its location."

(2) In § 49, the following paragraph 10 is added:

" (10) § 31 (10) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2011 will enter into force on 1 January 2012. "
