135. Federal law amending the Labour and Social Justice Act

The National Council has decided:

Amendment of the Labour and Social Court Act

The Labour and Social Courts Act (ASGG), Federal Law Gazette No. 104/1985, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I n ° 111/2010, is amended as follows:

1. § 93 (2) reads:

" (2) These costs, other than the expenses for personnel and infrastructure, are to be paid to the Federal Government by the Austrian Social Security Agency's main association for the current year by payment to the Federal Minister for Justice as follows: The first half of the previous year is replaced by the first half of the previous year. October half of the previous year's payment, taking into account the difference between the previous year's payment and the actual costs incurred in accordance with paragraph 1 of the previous year. The Court of Law Insertion Act is not applicable. "

Section 98 is added to the following paragraph 26:

" (26) § 93 (2) in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2011 is 1. Jänner 2012 in force. In this version, the provision will be applied for the first time in 2013 to the accounting period of 2012. The payment to be paid on the basis of this provision on 1 April 2013 amounts to 26.5 million euros. § 93 (2) shall apply further to the payments to be made in the year 2012 in the version to be applied until 31 December 2011. "
