457. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth, with which the Financial Services Training Order and the Sports Administration Training Ordinance are amended (Training Regulations for the 2011 Apprenticeship Examination)

On the basis of § § 8 and 24 of the Vocational Training Act, BGBl. No. 142/1969, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 40/2010, shall be arranged:

Article 1

Amendment of the Financial Services Training Order

The Financial Services Training Order, BGBl. II No 270/2006, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

2. Section 1 (2) is deleted. The previous paragraph 3 is given the name "(2)" .

3. § 5 deleted. Section 6 shall be replaced by the name "§ 5." .

Article 2

Amendment of the Sports Administration Training Regulations

The Sports Administration Training Order, BGBl. II No 271/2006, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 1 (1), the word sequence shall be deleted. "as a training attempt" .

2. Section 1 (2) is deleted. The previous paragraph 3 is given the name "(2)" .

3. § 5 deleted. Section 6 shall be replaced by the name "§ 5." .
