461. Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) amending the Regulation on the assignment of credit ratings of recognised credit rating agencies to credit rating levels (MappingV)

On the basis of Section 21b (6) of the Banking Act-BWG, BGBl. No. 532/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 145/2011, shall be arranged:

The Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on the assignment of credit ratings of recognised rating agencies to credit rating levels-MappingV, BGBl. II No 113/2007, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. (II) No 254/2007, shall be amended as follows:

§ 1 reads:

" § 1. The assignment of the rating agencies recognised by the credit rating agencies recognised in accordance with Article 21b (1) of the Federal Elections Act and pursuant to Articles 4 and 5 of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009 on rating agencies, OJ L 327, 28.10.2009, p. No. OJ L 302, 17.11.2009, p. 1. The ratings for credit ratings within the exposure classes according to § 22a (4) and § 22c (1) BWG are to be carried out on the basis of the tables in § § 2 to 5. "
