1. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology with regard to official examinations and warrants for silver, gold, palladium and platinum of the Republic of Latvia

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 is based on official audit and guarantee marks for silver, gold, palladium and platinum of the Republic of Latvia, which are in the Register of Trade Marks of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect.
