3. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the official audit and guarantee of the Republic of Singapore

Pursuant to Section 6 (2) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is being made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that Section 6 (1) of the Trademark Protection Act 1970 applies to the official audit and guarantee of the Republic of Singapore, which are to be viewed by everyone in the Austrian Patent Office's trademark register for everyone.
