4. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the flag, the emblem, the name and the abbreviation of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO)

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs that the flag, the emblem, the name and the abbreviation of the World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO), which are in the trademark register of the Austrian Patent Office for all persons to inspect, are excluded from the registration under the trademark protection law.
