5. Revelation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology concerning the name, abbreviation and emblem of the Universal Postal Association (UPU)

Due to § 4 paragraph 1 Z 1 lit.c of the trademark protection law 1970, BGBl. N ° 260, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 126/2009, is made known in agreement with the Federal Minister for European and International Affairs, that the name, abbreviation and emblem of the Universal Postal Association (UPU), which are registered in the Austrian Patent Office's trade mark register For all persons to inspect, are excluded from registration under the trademark protection law.
