15. Regulation of the Federal Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, which changes the Labour Law on Employment Law
On the basis of Section 12 (1) of the Labour Code Act, BGBl. N ° 144/1983, the annex to the regulation of the Federal Minister for Social Administration concerning exceptions to the weekend and holiday rest, BGBl. No 149/1984, as last amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No 27/2011, as amended:
1. In Section XV, Z 10, the citation shall be " § 22 (2) and (3) of the Medical Law 1984, BGBl. No 373 or § § 8 and 9 of the Dentistengesetz, BGBl. No. 90/1949 " by quoting " § 49 (2) and (3) of the Medical Act 1998, BGBl. I No 169, or § 24 (2) and (3) of the Dental Act, BGBl. I No 126/2005 " replaced.
2. The following Z 10a shall be inserted after Section XV Z 10:
