Regulation of the Federal Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology, amending the Inland Waterway Statistics Regulation in 2005

Due to § § § 4 to 6 as well as 8 and 9 as well as of the Annex I Z 13 Federal Statistics Act 2000, BGBl. I No 163/1999, as last amended by Art. 11 of the Budget Accompanying Act 2011, BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, shall be assigned in agreement with the Federal Chancellor:

The Inland Waterway Statistics Ordinance 2005, BGBl. II No 129/2005, as last amended by BGBl. II No 443/2011, shall be amended as follows:

In Section 9 (5), the expression " BGBl. II No 248/2005 in the BGBl version. II No 42/2011 " by the expression " BGBl. II No 289/2011, as last amended by BGBl. II No 410/2011 " replaced.

Bures
