20. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the maximum amounts per pupil and form of schooling for the free submission of school books in the school year 2012/13 (Limit Regulation 2012/13)

Pursuant to Section 31a (4) of the Family Law Balancing Act 1967, BGBl. No. 376, in the version BGBl. I n ° 76/2011, is assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture:

§ 1. (1) The maximum amounts for the average cost per pupil shall be in the respective types of school:

(2) The limits include the school form limit and the religious book limit.

(3) Teaching resources of own choice in accordance with. Article 31a (1) (2) of the Family Law Compensatory Act (Familienlastencompensgesetz) may be up to 15 vH of the relevant maximum Paragraph 1 shall be acquired in so far as the relevant maximum amounts are as a result. Paragraph 1 shall not be exceeded.

§ 2. In addition to the maximum amounts, schools with bilingual education (minority education) may be added to the maximum amounts. § 1 for the German-language school books also school books for the second language in the extent (number of titles) per pupil, as for comparable German-speaking lessons, are acquired.

§ 3. (1) The maximum amounts for the average cost per pupil at primary schools, polytechnic schools, primary schools and general higher schools-sub-levels shall be in addition to the maximum amounts in accordance with the maximum amounts. § 1 for the syllabus-supplement German for pupils with non-German mother tongue and for the mother tongue teaching at most 14.67 € each.

(2) The pupils with native-language teaching or with the syllabus supplement "German as a second language" can also be given 1 dictionary.

§ 4. The maximum amounts for the average cost per pupil participating in a language course amount to an additional € 5.45 to the relevant maximum amounts in accordance with the relevant maximum amounts. § 1 for primary schools, primary schools and general higher schools-sublevels.

§ 5. School textbooks for visually impaired students may only be given to special schools and to integratively taught pupils per pupil and school level only to the extent (number of titles) comparable to those of comparable pupils without special education the need for support.
