26 regulation of the Federal Minister of finance to the definition of non-budgetary units of the Federal Government under federal liability limit law for the year 2012 (Federal liability cap regulation 2012)

On the basis of § 3 para 1 as well as section 6 paragraph 2 of the Federal liability cap Act, Federal Law Gazette I no. 149/2011, is prescribed:

Extra-budgetary units

§ 1 Außerbudgetäre are units of the Federal Government, which State do not belong to the sector in 2012 and in the area of responsibility of the Federal Government: 1. § 2 (1) the initial message to the Bundesanstalt "Statistics Austria" pursuant to section 3 para 3 No. 2 of the Federal liability limit law has within four weeks after entry into force of the regulation must be.

(2) a message to Bundesanstalt "Statistics Austria" in accordance with article 3 para. 3 Z 1 of the Federal liability cap Act has to be carried out for the first time to 31 March 2013.

Entry into force

§ 3. This Regulation shall enter into force January 31, 2012.
