25th Announcement by the Federal Chancellor concerning corrections to the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN)

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

For the Regulation annexed to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN) (held in BGBl). III n ° 67/2008, as last amended by BGBl. III No 12/2011), the following corrections were made by the United Nations:

1. In the French version, Note 3 is 1.1.3.1: "Pour la formation concernant la classe 7, voir aussi sous 1.7.2.5."

2. In the French version, 2.4.4.4.2.1 and 2.4.4.4.2.2 are deleted.

3. In the French version and in the German translation in 3.2.1, Table A, at UN number 3488 in column 10 of the expression: "VE02, VE02" by "VE01, VE02" replaced.

4. In 3.2.3, according to Table C, in the description of column 20, note 22, and in 3.2.4.3, L, note 22 is expressed in the French version of the expression: "colonne 11" by "colonne 12" replaced and in the German translation of the expression "Column 11" by "Column 12" replaced.

5. In the French version and in the German translation, in 7.2.4.16.12 the expression "7.2.4.19" by "7.2.4.18" replaced.

6. In the French version, in 8.2.2.7 the title shall be: "8.2.2.7.1 Cours de formation de base" moved to 8.2.2.7.0.

7. In the French version, in the last stroke of 9.3.2.17.6 the expression "9.3.9.12.3" by "9.3.2.12.3" replaced.

8. In the French version the expression is expressed in 9.3.2.22.5 a) iv) "à ressort" by "fixe" replaced.

9. In the French version, 4. Paragraph 9.3.3.21.9 of the expression "9.3.21.1 f)" by "9.3.3.21.1 f)" replaced.

10. In the French version, the term is expressed in 9.3.3.71 and 9.3.3.74.1. "très lisibles" by "facilement lisibles" replaced.

11. In the French version, the expression in 9.3.4.3.1.2.2.1.2 "TImin" by "T1min" replaced.

12. In the French version, the expression in 9.3.4.3.1.2.4.1 "9.3.4.3.1.2.1.3" by "9.3.4.3.1.2.2.1.3" replaced.

13. In the German translation, the model of the certificate of approval "tankers" to 8.6.1.3 on page 3 and in the model of the provisional authorisation certificate "tankers" In 8.6.1.4 on page 3, the expression "sampling device closed, sample removal device partially closed" by "Connectivity" replaced.

Pursuant to Section 5 (2) BGBlG in connection with the decision of the National Council pursuant to Art. 49 (2) B-VG to the European Convention on the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods on Inland Waterways (ADN), the corrections of the The English and Russian language versions are published by the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs.
