38. Representing of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the European Convention on the Adoption of Children

According to the note by the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, the Czech Republic has retained its reservation regarding Article 7 (1) 1 of the European Convention on the Adoption of Children (BGBl. No. 314/1980, last proclamation of the BGBl area. III No 100/2009) for a further five-year period as from 9 December 2010.

According to a further note by the Secretary-General, Poland has retained its reservation concerning Article 7 (2). 2 of the Convention for a further five years as of 22 September 2011.
