41. Revelation of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the early notification of nuclear accidents

According to the Communications of the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, the following countries have ratified their ratification and/or ratification of the Convention. On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession, these States have expressed the following reservations:

Bahrain:

The Kingdom of Bahrain is not bound by any of the dispute settlement procedures laid down in Article 11 (2) of the Convention.

Oman:

According to Article 11 (3) of the Convention on early notification of nuclear accidents, the Sultanate of Oman is not bound by the dispute settlement procedures laid down in Article 11 (2).
