11. Revelation of the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, Family and Youth on the entry into force of the 2012 Ökostromgesetz

According to § 57 (1) of the 2012 Ecoelectricity Act:

The Green Electricity Act 2012 (ÖSG 2012), BGBl. I No 75/2011, was approved by the European Commission on 8 February 2012. Pursuant to § 57 (1) ÖSG 2012, the provisions of this Federal Act, with the exception of § 1, § 23 (4) and § 56 (4), will enter into force on 1 July 2012.
