On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession, Iran has declared the following reservation:
In accordance with article 21, paragraph 1, of the Convention considers the Islamic Republic of Iran to the provisions of article 20 para 2 to 7, on the settlement of disputes involved.
A further release of the Secretary-General of 13 October 2007 according to the Türkei1 said on October 12, 2006 not to consider paragraph 2 to 7 of the Convention to article 20 bound.
