According to Article 21 (1) of the Convention, the Islamic Republic of Iran does not consider itself bound by the provisions of Article 20 (2) to (7) of the Convention on the settlement of disputes.
A further note by the Secretary-General of 13 According to October 2007, Turkey 1 on 12. It states that it does not comply with Article 20 (2) to (7) of the Convention.
