47. Regulation of the Federal Minister for Defence and Sport concerning the transfer of tasks pursuant to Section 7 (2) of the Federal Budget Act 2013

Due to § 7 (1) Z 2 of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), BGBl. I n ° 139/2009, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 150/2011, is to be assigned in agreement with the Federal Minister for Finance:

§ 1. The Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), Federal Law Gazette (BGBl), is the German Federal Budget Act (BHG 2013). I n ° 139/2009, are assigned to the heads of the following organisational units of the department of the Federal Minister for Defence and Sport, which are referred to in Z 1 to 6, and are responsible for the management of these tasks at the level of the budget as defined in Section 7 (1) Z 2 of the BHG 2013:

Army staff,

2.

Museum of Army History,

3.

Command of the Armed Forces,

4.

Command Support,

5.

Material rod air and

6.

Military Property Management Center.

§ 2. The budget-leading agencies according to § 1 each manage a second-level detailed budget and are the Federal Ministry of National Defence and Sport in their respective functions as budget-leading positions, respectively. subordinated to the first-level detour budget.

§ 3. (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2008. Jänner 2013 in force; however, it is to be applied for the first time in the preparation of the Federal Financial Framework Act for financial years 2013 to 2016 as well as the Federal Finance Law for the financial year 2013.

(2) The Regulation of the Federal Minister for National Defence concerning the transfer of tasks pursuant to § 5 paragraph 2 Z 4 of the Federal Budget Act, BGBl. II No 309/2006, expires on 31 December 2012 with the proviso that it is to be applied in the event of enforcement of Section 122 (3) of the Federal Law on the Law of the European Union (BHG 2013).
