47. Regulation of the Federal Minister for defence and sports regarding transfer of tasks according to § 7 paragraph 2 of the federal budget law for 2013

On the basis of § 7 para 1 No. 2 of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), Federal Law Gazette I no. 139/2009, last amended by Federal Law Gazette I no. 150/2011, is in agreement with the Minister of finance prescribed:

§ 1. In section 7, paragraph 2 of the Federal Budget Act 2013 (BHG 2013), Federal Law Gazette I no. 139/2009, these tasks are the leaders or heads of the following, in Z 1 to 6 so-called, transfer organizational units of the Department Division of the Federal Ministry for defence and sports and Z 2013 determines these budget leading posts in the sense of § 7 para 1 2 BHG:

1st army personnel office, 2. Heeresgeschichtliches Museum, 3. joint forces command, 4. command usage support, 5 material bar air and 6 military real estate management center.

§ 2. The budget leading bodies according to § 1 each manage a second-level detail budget and are subordinate to the Federal Ministry for defence and sports in their respective role as leading budget authority or factually relevant de Valley budget of first level.

3. (1) this regulation into force on January 1, 2013; It is however for the first time in the creation of the Federal Finance frame law for the financial years 2013 and 2016, as well as of the Federal Finance Act for the financial year 2013 to apply.
