48. Representing of the Federal Chancellor concerning the scope of the Convention on the issue of Ehefähy Products

According to the communication of the Swiss Federal Council, the following other states have their instruments of accession to the Convention on the Exhibition of Ehefty Products (BGBl. No 417/1985, last proclamation of the BGBl area. No. 708/1994):

On the occasion of the deposit of the instrument of accession, these States have made the following declarations:

Germany:

" Responsible for the issuance of Ehefty Products,

a)

if the German fiancé has his residence or residence in Germany, the civil servant responsible for his/her residence or in the absence of a place of residence; if both of the fiancée are German, then a civil servant can have a common residence. Issue a certificate of marriage for both fiancée, even if he is only responsible for a fiancé;

b)

if the German fiancée has neither residence nor residence in Germany, the civil service officer responsible for the last habitual residence;

c)

if the German fiancée has never or only temporarily stopped in Germany, the stand officer of the Standesamt I in Berlin. "

Moldova:

" According to Article 8 (1) of the Convention, the following authorities are responsible for the issue of the certificates of Ehefty:

a)

the registry office, which is responsible for the preparation of the Ehefähance Certificate and its exhibition on the territory of the Republic of Moldova;

b)

the diplomatic missions and consular missions of the Republic of Moldova, which are responsible for the suspension of a certificate of emolliity to applicants abroad. "
