49. Adoption of new Appendixes 8 and 9 to the International Convention on the Harmonisation of Commodity Controls at the frontiers

On the basis of § 5 paragraph 1 Z 6 of the Federal Law on the Federal Law Gazette 2004 (BGBlG), BGBl. I No 100/2003, shall be made known:

According to the note by the Secretary-General of the United Nations of 25 February 2008 and 1 September 2011, the new annexes 8 and 9 proposed by the Management Committee set up pursuant to Annex 7 to the Convention have been set up for the International Criminal Court. Convention on the Harmonisation of Goods Checks at the Borders (BGBl. No. 467/1987):
