54. Revelation of the Federal Minister for Education, Arts and Culture on the establishment of the diocese of Vienna and Austria of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate)

On the basis of § 3a of the Federal Law on the Legal Conditions of the Greek-Oriental Church in Austria (Orthodox Law), BGBl. No 229/1967, as last amended by BGBl. I n ° 68/2011, it is made known:

The Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate), represented by the head of the Office of the Moscow Patriarchate for the institutions abroad, Archbishop of Egor'evsk Mark, has submitted the request in accordance with Section 3a of the Orthodox Law in 1967, the establishment of the of the diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) of Vienna and Austria.
