57. Ordinance of the Federal Minister of Health, with which the 2nd Animal Maintenance Regulation is amended

Due to § § 24 (1) Z 2 and 25 (3) of the Federal Act on the Protection of Animals (Animal Protection Act-TSchG), BGBl. I No 118/2004 Article 2, as last amended by the Federal Law of the Federal Republic of Germany (BGBl). I No 80/2010, shall be ordered:

The 2nd Animal Conservation Ordinance, BGBl. II No 486/2004, as last amended by BGBl. II No 384/2007, shall be amended as follows:

1. in the regulation, the word order shall be "for health, family and youth" in each case by the word sequence "for health" replaced.

Point 1.6. of Appendix 1 is deleted.

3. In Appendix 3, point 3.2.22 is deleted.

4. In Appendix 3, point 5.2.6., point 5.2.6. and point 5.2.7., point 5.2.6. and point 5.2.7. the designation "Depth/cm" in each case by the name "Depth/m" replaced.

5. In Appendix 3, in point 5.2.5., point 5.2.6. and point 5.2.7. the word order "any other animals" in each case by the word sequence "any other animal" replaced.

6. The text of § 11 shall be replaced by the sales designation "(1)" , the following paragraph 2 is added:

" (2) Annex 1, as amended by the BGBl Regulation. II No. 57/2012 shall enter into force on 1 March 2012. "
