58. Representing the Federal Chancellor on the thresholds for procurement procedures newly established by the European Commission

On the basis of § 16 (2) of the Federal Law on Defence and Security 2012-BVergGVS 2012, BGBl. I No 10/2012 shall be made known:

The thresholds in § 10 (1) and § 117 of the Bundesvergabegesetz Defence and Security 2012 are as follows:

Section 10 (1) Z 1: EUR 400 000

Section 10 (1) Z 2: EUR 5 000 000

§ 117 Z 1: EUR 400 000

§ 117 Z 2: EUR 5 000 000

These thresholds are laid down in Regulation (EU) No 1251/2011 amending Directives 2004 /17/EC, 2004 /18/EC and 2009 /81/EC as regards the thresholds for procurement procedures, OJ L 327, 28.12.2009, p. No. OJ L 319, 02.12.2011 p. 43, from 1 April 2012.
