On the basis of Section 13 (3) of the Housing Charitable Act, BGBl. No. 139/1979, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 135/2009, shall be made known:
The 1994 Regulation of the Law on the Remuneration Directive, BGBl. N ° 924/1994, as last amended by the BGBl agreement. II No 106/2011, shall be amended as follows:
1. § 6 para. 1 Z 1 lit. a and b are:

196,8 Euro from 1 April 2010, 200,40 Euro from 1 April 2011 as well as 207.60 Euro from 1 April 2012 in case of transfer in rent or other use, |

243.6 Euro from 1 April 2010, 2 48,40 Euro as from 1 April 2011 and 256 , 80 Euro as of April 1, 2012, plus VAT, transfer to property, co-ownership or concealment of home ownership, " |

2. In § 21, the following paragraph 15 is added:
" (15) § 6 in the version of the BGBl Regulation. II No. 70/2012 will enter into force on 1 April 2012. "
