According to § 5 (2) of the German Federal Directive on Guideline Values, BGBl No. 800/1993, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 25/2009, is stated on the basis of the declaration of the Federal Statistical Office of Statistics Austria on 29 February 2012 that the indicative values set in § 5 (1) of the German Guideline Act change with effect from 1 April 2012 as follows:
