Regulation of the Federal Minister for Justice, amending the Regulation on the basic training for staff of the dewage group v1 in the planning area of the judicial institutions

On the basis of § 67 of the Contract Law Act 1948 (VBG), BGBl. N ° 86, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, in conjunction with § § 25 to 31 of the Civil Service Act 1979 (BDG 1979), BGBl. No. 333, as last amended by the Federal Law BGBl. I No 111/2010, shall be ordered:

The Federal Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Germany (Federal Minister for Justice) on the basic training for staff of the pay group v1 in the planning department of the judicial institutions, BGBl. II No 129/2011, shall be amended as follows:

1. In Section 2 (2) (4), the phrase shall be: "in the field of pedagogy" through the phrase "in the fields of psychology, pedagogy and law" replaced.

2. In § 3 (1) the word "pedagogical" through the phrase "Psychological, pedagogical and legal" replaced.

3. In Section 14 (3), after the phrase "upscale service" the parenthesis expression " (Use/pay group A1/v1 and/or A2/v2) " inserted.

4. In Section 16 (1), the phrase "Qualification can" through the phrase "Qualification, especially for line functions, can" replaced.

5. The following paragraphs 3 and 4 are added to § 20:

" (3) § 2 para. 2 Z 4, § 3 para. 1, § 14 para. 3 and § 16 para. 1 in the version of the Ordination BGBl. II No. 85/2012 will enter into force on 1 March 2012.

(4) The Regulation of the Federal Minister of Justice of 15 December 1982 relating to the basic training for the use group A in the judicial institutions and in the probation aid, BGBl. No 246/1982, shall enter into force on 31 May 2012 with the proviso that:
