14. Federal Act amending the Federal Law on Civil Service (Civil Service Law 1986-ZDG)

The National Council has decided:

The Civil Service Act 1986-ZDG, BGBl. N ° 679, as last amended by the BGBl. I n ° 111/2010, is amended as follows:

1. In Section 6b (1), the word order shall be deleted " until the completion of the 28th Life Year " .

(2) The following paragraph 28 is added to Article 76c:

" (28) § 6b Para. 1 in the version of the Federal Law BGBl. I n ° 14/2011 will enter into force on 1 April 2012. "
